At TULIP DESIGNER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and original items. If your designer piece isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
